Salmon River Fishing Report 1018/10 -
We are well into the month of October and conditions on area rivers and streams could not be much better. Water flows are fair to good. Temperatures are comfortable. Most of the leaves are down and the fish are biting.

Fishing is very good in the small streams but the crowds are outrageous.
The larger creeks are still high but fishable and they too have plenty of fish.
The salmon river is loaded with fish but it is tough going with flows still in excess of more...

porgies are feeding in force! - We had the Jon verr party out for a 1/2 day trip. they had some nice stripers trolling the rips with deep diving plugs. then we finished out the day catching nice fat porgys for the table. we still have a few weeks left to that season if you want to more...

Salmon River Fishing Report 9/22/10 - OK, OK, OK I am updating my report.
The salmon season is now in full swing and area rivers are receiving a fair amount of fish. Numbers of kings are definitely down so far this season and only time will tell how things will play out.

Blues are in! - We had the dale courtney group out yesterday for a bluefish trip. We fished out of Pt. Jefferson. we ran to a wreck and chummed up 10-12 lb blues on fresh bunker chunks.they released many fish keeping several for the table. the bite is hot now!
