Good catches of Steelhead/Rainbow trout are being caught on the Oak from the power plant North past the Archer's club.
On Johnson Creek there are more open water and reports of Steelhead/Rainbow trout being taken in the deeper pools.
There may be some Brown tout along the shoreline that would be available where you can find some open water casting from shore.
The weather for the rest of the week and into the first part of next week calls for temperatures above freezing most of the days but some form of precipitation for most of the days.
Reports from Lake Erie are that the ice is breaking up so hopefully Spring is not that far away.
