Oswego - Freshwater Fishing Report
Lake Ontario has been on fire the last two weeks. Salmon are showing up in big numbers preparing for their fall spawning runs. The fish have been staging in 50-150' of water from 5 miles west of Oswego to the mouth of the Salmon River.

Fishing on the Lake should remain good for the next 2 weeks.
I run a year round charter and guide service on Lake Ontario and its tributaries. We target King and Coho Salmon, Brown and Lake Trout and Steelhead. I have two driftboat, one custom built to fish the Oswego, Black, and Genesee Rivers. Along with a standard boat to fish the famous Salmon river.
