Carolina Beach - Flounder - I fished yesterday afternoon right in the Carolina Beach Yacht basin,bait used was small menhaden light lines,tide was dead low,fishing in about 2' of water,just as soon as the tide changed the flounder started to bite, I could actually see the floun more...
