Cape Fear Region of North Carolina tides are running high flooding the banks in Buzzard Bay,this means sight casting for red drum !
Found the banks to be flooded, changed my fishing tatics just a little, found the red drum to be hitting hard, spotted about eight fish in a small flooded pond of water, explosive strikes in 6" to 8" of clear water, just does not get in better!
Found large flounder in the shallows!
