Late Summer Is Firing Up

Capt. Daniel Wrenn

Cape Fear River - Saltwater Fishing Report

The passing of hurricanes and dropping temps has turned on the fish. Solid flounder bite throughout the Wrightsville Beach and Cape Fear area. The red drum are hitting live baits and a variety of softbaits. Yesterday, we even found a nice 5.6# speckled trout in the Wrightsville Beach sound.
