Carolina Beach - Saltwater Fishing Report

Black drum are biting well at Carolina Beach Inlet,bottom rigs with fresh shrimp will provide you with plenty of action.I fished Wednesday April 8th on the falling tide,had a party of six from Virginia,had several double hook ups,several small red drum were caught and released.
Fresh shrimp is the best bait right now !

Spring time is here but tempertures are still below normal.
Fishing will improve as the colder tempertures leave the Cape Fear Region.
