Everything is Biting Near Wrightsville Beach

Capt. Richard Bennett

Wrightsville Beach - Saltwater Fishing Report

Hi Folks,
I took a little vacation to see some of the good old USA. Seems like while I was gone the temps, weather and fish got together and started producing some very good fishing. Now here's my report:
Inshore: Redfish and flounder are biting well on live bait. Some monster flounder have been reported.
Near Shore: Plenty of Spanish and small kings are biting. Some flounder are biting at the near shore reefs.
Offshore: Lots of cobia are biting out to five miles. Nice kings and mahi are biting in the 20-25 mile areas.
Gulfstream: Report are coming in for good catches of mahi and tuna.
Until Next Time...LETS GO FISHING!!!
