Boca Chica - Saltwater Fishing Report

Time to lay down that snow shovel and go fishing!!!
All billfish species are biting well, tuna are killing poppers and butterfly jigs down deep, many over 100 lbs., inshore for snapper , roosterfish, and many, many other species are all fishing well.
Weather is blue skies, sun, and calm seas. since the moon change we've been getting some cooling evening rains. Just enough to help sleep well, and to drop water surface temps. a bit.
I fish Isla Ladrones a lot, because it has a number of good structure points where the bonito and other baitfish hang out, and so the bigger animals hunt there. Plus, no crowds.
Next, Isla Montuosa, a beautiful jewel right on the edge of the Humbolt Current, where your dream marlin swims as we speak.
Looking forward to continued excellent fishing and weather, so plan a trip and contact me at [email protected] for a quote and info.
If anyone wants to bring a group to COSTA RICA, fishing there is also top flight, especially on FLY for sailfish!
Anglers who want to try this technique without investing in some expensive equipment, can rent our world-class outfits.
For Costa Rica, e-mail me @ [email protected] OR [email protected]
and we'll get everything set up for you and your friends or family.
Kids 12 and under only have to pay travel and room/board. They fish free!
Good Fishing, WHEREVER You are in the world !!
