Boca Chica - Saltwater Fishing Report
If battling giant Yellowfin tuna on poppers /spin gear appeals to you, the time is NOW. It will get better; don't worry, but the numbers are way up right now.
Isla Montuosa, Coiba, the Hannibel Bank, all fishing well. Some good marlin fishing at Isla Ladrones last week, and sails were being taken on plastics and bonito belly baits.
Closer to shore and around the deep reefs, big CUBERA SNAPPER and ROOSTERFISH are taking live no mitosis, blue runners, and sardinas.
Look for WAHOO and DORADO catches to improve steadily. A few being taken now, but as the rains cool water temps, the bite will improve.
