Boca Chica - Saltwater Fishing Report

For those anglers, both conventional and fly fishermen, the recent arrival, IN FORCE, of our PACIFIC SAILFISH COMES ON THE HEELS OF CONTINUING GOOD NEWS CONCERNING dorado AND yellowfin tuna action , which has been virtually non-stop for the past month.
MARLIN, mostly blues, continue in very good numbers.
Not many anglers however, surely due to the uncertainty in the U.S and world financial climates. Those who are arriving are having a great time, as the WEATHER here is almost certain to beat out what is happening in the U.S. and Europe.
I can't remember the last time it SNOWED here. Maybe in like, 2'000 B.C. !!!
Inshore is fantastic, and goes to show that "LESS is MORE" meaning less boats equate to MORE fish, as the various rocks and reefs are not being pounded hard and the fish are less spooky.
Look for fishing to only improve in the coming months. It's a great time to be here, whether in PANAMA or COSTA RICA !!!
Let me know what you need to get a trip started, and I'll show you the way.
