Boca Chica - Saltwater Fishing Report

The wild surface feeding frenzies around Isla Montuosa, the Hannibal Bank, and Isla Ladrones continues full bore. Poppers, butterfly jigs are the rule. Marlin are even smashing the poppers! Wild action.
Wahoo are all over, with the waters around Isla Ladrones and Isla Secas producing some big fish.
More and more jumbo dorado hitting feathers and plastics. Poppers cast around floating logs/debris taking some nice mahi. Jigs and live or dead chunk bait grabbing some very hefty CUBERA Snapper . Bring a light rainsuit, but don't miss out on some great fishing !
