Susquehanna River Fishing Report

Capt. Dave Shindler
September 22, 2010
Susquehanna River - Freshwater Fishing Report

Fall is certainly here and fall patterns are coming into play. Fast moving baits including jerkbaits, spinnerbaits and topwaters are drawing the strikes. The fish are definately keying on baitfish this time of year and some really fun days are upon us.

The Flathead Catfish are running strong as well. The numbers are the highest of the year and some really quality fish are coming to the net after a very strong fight.

If you haven't tried the Flathead Fishing you are missing the boat. They pull hard and grow BIG.

Hope to see you soon on the river

Dave
