Susquehanna River Fly and Spin Fishing Report

Capt. Steve Hancock
February 2, 2012
Susquehanna River - Freshwater Fishing Report

The weather has been abnormally warm for this time of year. The walleye fishing should start to get good if the water temps fall. If the water temps rise a bit the smallie bite may pick up. The spring smallie fishing will hopefully be good this season before it closes for 2 months in may and june. If you are not able to book in this spring the late summer and fall is a great time to hook up with numbers of nice size smallies.

Target Species:

walleye, smallmouth bass
