Susquehanna River - Freshwater Fishing Report

The river has changed greatly the last few weeks due to ice and then rains that cleared the ice.
Jerkbaits and Hairjigs are catching the majority of Smallmouth and Walleye with a few Muskies mixed in.
Lucky Craft Pointers and Rapala X-Raps in a variety of colors are working well. THe jerkbaits must be worked very slowly, withlong pauses of 15-30 seconds inbetween jerks.
Brown and Black Hairjigs are the favorites of Cold Water Smallies right now.
I will continue to run Winter time trips as the weather permits at discounted winter time rates.
Please call for rates and availability.
