Puerto Rico Fishing week #3 of August

Capt. Luis Iglesias
August 22, 2012
Fajardo - Saltwater Fishing Report

Saludos from the Island of Enchantment.
Here in PR everybody waiting and expecting the results of Isaac coming south of us.
The past week was Tuna Time. Technically the same bird piles stayed in the same are for over a week and a half. Skip Jacks, Black fins and Yellow fin combined. Also on the way out plenty of Smokers and the Migthy CUDAS.

This Past week in one of the bird piles we saw mahis feeding, sailfish and one small blue but none interested in our teasers and baits they were full of what ever the same tunas were feeding on (small minows). The CYC Interclub of the Caribbean Blue Marlin Tournament is coming up and also the Boys scout tourney in St Thomas.
Lets see how Isaac treats us they are forecasting 40mph + winds and over 3 inches of rain starting wednesday all the way to friday.
