Bad Weather keeping us tied down - Sorry for the lack of reports but we are not fishing with the weather being so bad. I did take a run to cat cay last weekend but only fished for snapper close to shore. We did have some nice fish but the fishing was tough. We expect to get out soon.

Fishing improves off Miami Florida coast line - After a long stay at the dock because of Hurricane Fay, the Cutting Edge returned to sea to find the Dolphin Fishing to be fantastic.

Dolphin Fishing slows -
With the light winds and a drop in the offshore currents less debris and grass pushed into the area this week. Which means less fish.
We are still catching dolphin but not as many. Now that also does not mean it won't pick up. The fish we are more...

Dolphin Stays strong -
With the winds light and the current strong the Dolphin fishing has stayed strong. The problem has been the fish are a good way offshore and we can usually only get to them on full day trips. Trying to fit in the demand on weekends and taking 2 more...

Dolphin Fishing LIGHTS UP -
Yesterday Cap and I fished offshore for DOLPHIN. The seas were about 4 ft so we had to take it easy making it out to about 1,000 ft.

Stronger Winds push fish to the edge -
With the slightly stronger east wind we had this week, we should and have started seeing more action. The winds push the Dolphin in toward the edge were you can catch them Kite fishing or trolling on the edge or closer to the reef.
