Wintertime Sight Fishing in Charleston, SC

Capt. Chris Wilson
January 2, 2014
Charleston - Saltwater Fishing Report

Sight Fishing has been great for Redfish the last few month around the Charleston area and will only get better in the months ahead! Fly & Spin Anglers are enjoying seeing some large schools of Redfish cruising the flats on the lower stages of the tides and are willing to eat any soft plastic bait and flies with a stealthy cast. Some speckle trout are still being caught in the deeper creeks with clean water and are in 14-18inch range with a few bigger fish being caught. If you are coming thru the Charleston are and would like to get on the water give me a call! Tides A Wastin!
