Tennessee River Catfish, Aug. 16th - Catfishing continues to be steady in the Tennessee River in Southeast Tennessee. While we've been catching mostly eater-sized blues between 2 and 8 lbs, the occasional trophy catfish turns up regularly.

Scenic City Crappie on Fire - Larry and Shirley Gorham came to Chattanooga, Tenn. from Franklin, Kentucky to sample the waters of Chickamauga Lake with me this weekend. Thier hope for the two-day trip was to carry some enough crappie home for a big fish fry. We succeeded.
