Canyon Lake

Largemouth and Smallmouth have moved into chunk rock jetties and gravel flats in 5'-8' back in the large creeks. 1/8 oz. white Terminator spinnerbaits, crawfish Creme Super Tubes and Rat-L-Traps are producing. If you're forced to fish during or just after a front slow down and use pumpkin/green 1/8 oz. Curb's jigs with matching Jig Claw trailers, Super Tubes and electric blue Scoundrel worms. If you have a north wind, try the deeper bluffs, but work your lures from the very edge of the water all the way down the bluff.
