Canyon Lake - Freshwater Fishing Report
Lake LBJ
LARGEMOUTH are most productive a day before and 2 or 3 days after frontal passages. Fish are roaming along 4'-8' breaklines. Work brush and rockpiles SLOWLY with black/blue
1/8 or 1/4 oz. Curb's jigs with matching Jig Claw trailers,
blue flake Scoundrel worms on wacky rigs and pumpkin/red flake Creme Super Tubes.
Canyon Lake
Largemouth and Smallmouth have moved into chunk rock jetties
and gravel flats in 5'-8' back in the large creeks. 1/8 oz. white Terminator spinnerbaits, crawfish Creme Super Tubes
and Rat-L-Traps are producing. If you're forced to fish during or just after a front slow down and use pumpkin/green
1/8 oz. Curb's jigs with matching Jig Claw trailers, Super Tubes and electric blue Scoundrel worms. If you have a north wind, try the deeper bluffs, but work your lures from
the very edge of the water all the way down the bluff.

We offer 1/2 and full day rates on most lakes. Price includes everything necessary for fishing. Trips are prioced for 2 anglers. Additional charge for a third person.
