Dale Weimer, Clay Fisher, and Fred Deusinger from Houston joined me this afternoon "Down Dularge". The guys duck hunted this morning and got to bust up the trout this afternoon. Non-stop action this afternoon as the Yellow-mouths were hungry, the fish were biting every-cast!! Every-fish caught tight-lining soft plastic baits (various colors) slow on the bottom. Average fish today was 14 inches with a few in the 16-18 inch range, only two throwbacks. These fish are very finicky and bite super soft. My crew started out slow but ended up catching on and were slinging the fish in. It was another superb day on the water, thanks guys.
