What can I say...we are slamming the trout in the day and night, it just can't get any better. Paul and Jason Allain joined me tonight for a awesome night slam. Perfect conditions tonight as the seas were almost slick calm. The guys quickly went to work and had no problem putting their limit of 50 fish on ice averaging 17-23 inches. Every-fish caught on tandem rigged chubs as usual (NO NEED TO WASTE MONEY ON LIVE BAIT). We left the fish biting when we were done. Special thanks to Capt. Ryan Young for running the second boat with Eric Hebert and Chris Jones from Baton-Rouge. I know the crew also had a blast reeling in trout up to 24 inches long. Thanks guys for everything.
