Kyle & Glenn Girouard, Scott Olivier, and Al Reaux joined me this morning for a incredible trout SLAM!! We Hit the gulf early this morning and were greeted with slick calm seas. I knew it was going to be a good day. Our one and only stop had the trout coming in Every-cast from any direction you threw. It did not matter where you threw as the trout were THICK!!! We had eighty fish in the boat around 7:30 before even seeing another boat around. The bite shut down when another clueless person drove right over the school of fish with his big motor 25 yards in front of me. Made a quick move to the other side and started maul dragging them again. #125 hit the YETI at 9:45 and we were headed North by 10:00. The deadly tand em rigged Chubs did all the damage today. No need to waste money on that live stuff!!! Awesome day to be on the water with a great crew. These guys had a blast and so did I, THANKS again guys.
