I helped out Capt. Ricky Brondum today with a 12 man group in from Nebraska. Steve Gade, Larry Spilker, Jim Pittenger, and Bob Morrow joined me today to hammer the reds. Low water this morning had us killing time before we could get into the ponds. I went ride around and scouted out a new area picking up 1 red and a flounder. Around 8:30 I made it into the ponds, and it did not take long before the guys were hooking up with the bronze backs one after another. 30 reds hooked today, which 25 hit the deck and 24 made it to the Yeti. Every fish today was caught on different artificial baits as usual. The guys were a fun bunch to fish with as they cracked jokes all day.
I came across the Go Tiger LSU boat today. Not sure if he was stalking me or what!!!!!..LOL
