Trout Slammin Continues "Down Dularge" 7-10-08

Postby Capt Marty » Wed Jul 16, 2008 1:48 pm

Bill & William Wolfe joined me today for a great day on the DU. Our morning got off to a slow start only boxing 9 fish. After the tide made its switch and started moving, it was ON!! Neither of my crew had caught two fish at a time before, until today. These guys were slinging them in two at a time nearly..if not every cast I guarantee they will be thinking about this day for a long time to come. Clean water at every location fished. Forget about wasting money on that "live stuff", nothing but plastic Down Dularge. Big thanks to FinFeatherFur for guiding me to the spot!!!!!! I headed East and found that Rig 27 #2. Man they were stacked too. I think 70 of our 84 fish were caught there....LOL. Ended the day with our limit of specks and 9 whities. Again, great day and thank you.
