Had four boats out today covering many miles of water. Travis Arceneaux, Scott Yerby, Rhett Crochet, Trent Griggs, Rob Hopkins, John Boudreaux, Chris Pike, Charlie Schudmak, Ty Arceneaux, Byron Arceneaux, Neil Hoover, Brad Bourgeois, Lynn Bourgeois, and Eddie Tessmer are down for Travis's bachelor party. With clean water and good tide movement we thought we were going to have a great day of catching. The trout had other plans for us, as they had LOCKJAW today. Lots of fishing and not much catching. The guys had to fish hard, but they stuck with it and managed to put a mixed box of reds, trout, pompano, Spanish Mackerel, and drum together. Special thanks to Capt. Ricky Brondum, Capt. Rodney "TroutHog" Bourque, and Capt. Anthony Kaiser for helping out today with the other boats. A fun group of guys and I hope to get them back down on a better day of catching. Thanks Scott and Travis for coordinating everything.
