Sweet kisses....First redfish ever

Just beautiful

Everyone's Happy

I helped out Capt Bill Lake today with a six man crew from Shreveport. Paul, Dale and Daniel fished with me. This was their first time ever salt-water fishing. We got off to a slow start, picking at the trout at the first two stops. Our third stop is where we hit the "Motherload"!!! We hit two huge schools of fish catching fish every-cast for about 40 minutes on each school. Over 200 trout hit the deck and 90 made it to the ice-chest (specks and white trout included). Todays fish averaged 12-15 inch's with a couple going 17 inch's. One of the guys hooked a 17# 5 oz black drum which gave him the fight of his life!!! After trout fishing we made one quick drift picking up 7 reds, which only 3 made the box. The guys had a incredible day as they had never experienced anything like this before. Just another great day "Down Dularge". Thanks to my crew and Capt Bill for putting the trip together.
P.S. Happy veteran's day to all my fellow veteran's....Semper Fi
