Fishing Improves as Water Warms - The gulf is still holding Spanish mackerel. I have been fishing for the Spanish for a couple of hours. Then moving to some structure; I would catch some mangrove snappers for diner.on our last trip we also caught a 20 pound jewfish on 12# test line.

2/21/09 Flamingo - Not Interested - That's what the fish had to say to us. The week ended breezy with some cold water temps.
