Beach snook and tarpon - It feels good to be home. I have been to New Mexico for the last month. We then drove back to Florida and made a stop in the New Smyrna Beach area. The Indian River and Mosquito Lagoon area are beautiful.

Snook and Tarpon - Fishing this past week has been excellent. Snook, redfish, trout, and tarpon have made the Gran Slam possible.

Snook Rebound - Water temperatures started to approach the seventy degree mark. This comes after a week of below sixty degree water temperatures and a struggle to catch quality fish. This is not unusual for mid February, but it does make the job harder. Most of us a more...

Winter Catch; Pompano, Black Drum, Redfish, trout - Sorry, it's been awhile. That is mainly due to the fact that we have bobbing and weaving between cold fronts. These fronts have brought in cool descending air from the north, so water temperatures have dropped dramatically.
With water temperature more...
