Norwalk Islands - Saltwater Fishing Report

We ran into a problem with the engine, and it needed some work that took about five days. Just got it back in the water today and looking forward to several trips over the holiday weekend.

Bluefish are getting bigger, some fluke are coming in; large striped bass being caught at night and at dawn; not many porgies or sea bass just yet. But signs are indicating that by mid-July the Sound will be burst open with all our favorites.

More Fishing Reports:

Light tackle fishing in Long Island Sound May through November. Targeting striped bass, bluefish, porgies, fluke. 25-foot C-Hawk customized sportsfisherman with fully-enclosed pilot house. Fishing in Florida December through early April. For Sebastian fishing information, please see FLORIDA FISHING page at: www.mybonniecharters.com
