Norwalk Islands - Saltwater Fishing Report

Over the past couple of weeks we've been getting sea bass, bluefish, and stripers as well as porgies on some days and an occasional fluke.

Bunker schools have arrived, and some of them are holding larger bluefish and striped bass beneath.

I enjoyed an unusual trip early this week when I took a photographer out to Sheffield Island to take several shots of the famous lighthouse at sunrise. Cam Chapman of Lighthouse Portraits was thoroughly satisfied, and getting back to my dock before 7am was quite a departure for "My Bonnie."
