Norwalk Islands - Saltwater Fishing Report
We've had to dodge some threatening weather, but when we were able to stay on the water our passengers brought in bluefish large and small, porgies of varying sizes, some fluke and small sea bass. Most of the bluefish action was mid-Sound top water, which is always exciting for our charters.
The dog days of August are finally coming to a close, and fishing patterns will soon be changing. By the end of September, if it's cool enough, we might see the beginning of the migration of blues and striped bass--a great opportunity for reeling in larger fish.
