Everglades City - Saltwater Fishing Report
Summer fishing can be great...and it is, with nice catches of Redfish, Trout, Snook, Permit, Mackerel, Bluefish, Tarpon...
The weather is nice also with temps in the low 80s. The afternoon rain hasn't started yet, but are sure to come.
Bait has started to move in which bring the fish that go offshore for the winter back onto the flats, around the islands and along the beaches.
This is when you just never know what you might catch....maybe a big snook, a giant tarpon, a nice redfish, fat trout, a huge permit and even cobia
Not only is this a good time of year to fish, but you will save on your accomidations too, as most have dropped their rates for the summer.
