Great Fishing in Everglades National Park/10,000 Islands - Capt Becky is back in full swing down in Everglades City after being up in Boca Grande for a short nice season, full of great tarpon fishing, time spent with new friends, and a great tournament team I am already missing.

Fishing and the Oil Spill - Oil Spill....seems to be on everybody's mind lately and so it should.
Has it affected the Everglades? NO
Can we smell the oil? NO
Can we see it on the water? NO
Is it effecting the fishing? NO
Remember Florida is a long way from Louisi more...

Everglades - Great Fishing - Fishing is good here in the Everglades National Park.
Tarpon are finally here and seem to be everywhere....in the passes, on the flats, along the beaches...everwhere. If you want to catch one of these Big guys, they will put you to your max...s more...

Permit caught while fishing on the flats -
Summer fishing can be great...and it is, with nice catches of Redfish, Trout, Snook, Permit, Mackerel, Bluefish, Tarpon...
The weather is nice also with temps in the low 80s. The afternoon rain hasn't started yet, but are sure to come.
