Sebastian - Saltwater Fishing Report

We fished twice this week, and on both occasions we enjoyed a bountiful catch of bluefish ranging between three and five pounds. On the 15th we also caught sea trout up to 21", and two small barracuda that were lured in by a Mirro swimmer. As usual, many jacks and ladyfish were brought aboard, as well. Our January 15th party included Gerard Meunier, who cruised down from Merritt Island on his 42-foot catamaran and dropped anchor on his way to Miami so that he could fish with us for a half day.
The air and water temperatures are just the way we like them, and the wind has abated sufficiently to allow us many fishing opportunities throughout the week.
