Puerto Rico tarpon action

Capt. Luis Lagrandier
March 9, 2013
San Jose Lagoon - Saltwater Fishing Report

Last week the action was very consistent with an average of 7 bites per trip. Rain came in on Tuesday and the fun began. The big boys were very active. Fish ranging between 60 - 100+ pounds were everywhere feeding on perch. That morning we caught 3 of 7 strikes we had, with the smallest on the 50 pounds rangethis action only lasted two days, the hot weather moved in again and became very slow.
We are expecting big rain again for next week since a cold front in moving in and rains will begin.
Will keep you informed...
Tight Lines!!
