I helped Capt. Ryan Young today with a eight man group. On board the Blazer was Bob wojciechowski, Wayne Kovacs, Brian Byrd, and Jonathan Nethery. We put plan B into effect as the winds were blowing 25+ first thing this morning. It did not take long for the guys to start sticking gold spoons into the bronze-backs. Our first drift ended with seven hook ups and four on ice. Moved locations due to the stained/dirty water, and found crystal clear water at our second location. Unbelievably the wind layed down for us and we commenced to smoke the reds on LSU Chubs. The guys ended up hooking into 28 reds, 4 trout, and 2 drum. Leave your money in your pocket and that live bait stuff at the store, no need for it here!!! Ended up being a awesome day on the water with a fun group. Thanks guys and thanks Capt. Ryan for setting up the trip.
