Gov Rick Scott leaves 1 fish on the table for Fl Guides - Governor Rick Scott has refused to step up and allow grouper season until the end of the year. Our State Waters in SW FL are full of grouper. So, this leaves Florida Guides with the following limits until Jan 1, 2012.
