Good Stuart Bottom and Cobia fishing - Prior to the blow the last couple of days we saw some good Cobia fishing. We caught Cobia on the bottom, we caught them on Manta Rays and we caught them on the beach. These fish seem to be everywhere. Don't be afraid to fish a bait down if you lik more... Capt. Redfish and more Redfish - Fishing this past week has been excellent. I consider this the winter mode still. Water temperatures have been hovering around the 70 degree mark give or take.

Good Tarpon action! - 020311
I am with Gary and Jim tonight looking for Tarpon up out of Haulover Inlet. We got out early and it was slow it stayed that way until we got our first hit @ 8 PM. We had a big Tarpon on, it hit and ran for a long time. Jim had the rod and more... Capt. Jim Hobales - Flamingo

Winter returned to Tampa Bay - Let's not forget it's still winter as evidenced with this mornings 40 degrees temps combined with a stiff north wind.
