Cold Fronts Mean Lower Water Temps -- Better Clarity - What a difference a couple of days make. Water temperature dropped from 89 to 76 degrees two days after the last cold front came through. Predictably, there was some good fishing ahead of the front, and lots of whitecaps behind it.

Enjoying the Cooler Weather - Right conditions wrong moon! The tide and wind were perfect for Flounder gigging the morning of the 31st but the Flounder just weren't laid up good. The full moon is not my favorite but because everything else was right I had to try.
