I have been throwing mainly live bait with a few fl more...

Great Anglers Equal Great Days! - I managed to get in two trips this week, and managed to catch a few fish, but the fishing in the south end of the Sound remains tough.
My old friend and fishing buddy Dr. John Hitt, of UCF, was first up on Thursday. With trolling motor batteries, more...

Grouper Trolling is almost OBSENE in 85 Degree Water Temps!!! - There has to be a logical reason. Far be it from me to try and figure it out but the GROUPER TROLLING in water 25-35ft in SW FL has been smoking. At 18.00 per pound and a limit of 2, things here remind me of Salmon Fishing on the West Coast.
Today more...
