Key West Fishing on the Flats - If you can tolerate the heat and the blazing sun on the ocean, chances are good you will find the fish.

On the flats off Key West the tarpon are swimming! - Early May fishing has been quite good on fair weather days.
Seems the fish are most active on the calmer less windy days. This is fairly typical tarpon behavior.
