Inshore/nearshore report Jacksonville area waters - It seems the winter might finally be over. The water temp at the jetties yesterday was almost 68 degrees. Anna Maria hot bite - We just started getting live shiners this past week. The bite has been red hot. If you want to catch big mackerel and bluefish hit the reefs in the bay.
