Bass fishing picks up as the water temps rise - This past week saw more stripers showing up in their usual spots. They ave been averaging eight to twelve lbs. and were all caught on flys. Weather definitely improving and so is the local fishing... - We've been out twice this week. Found lots of bluefish schools and a few small striped bass.
Reports have been coming in about larger striped bass west of us being caught on bunker.
