Great Time of Year!!! - The Flounder gigging has been very tough since Tropical Storm Fay came thru 6 weeks ago. The water is still not very clean and the tides are not getting low like they should…
I have done a few trips and it has been hard to find clean enough water more...

Nice Saturday's....damned if you don't, damned if ya do. - 10/4 - A Tougher Saturday.....but nice and sunny.
Had Katrina and her friend Damon on the boat Saturday, for a bit of R&R. The wind was up compared to Friday. It still was a beautiful morning.
BUT.... Things were a bit off, compared to Friday more...

Fishing the Monster High Tides!!! - The big blow last week kept me from doing 2 of the 3 trips I had booked. That is the way it goes some times…
It was bad enough that our tides had been running way above normal but the North Easter pilled it on even more. Tides 4 to 5 foot above no more...

Fishing Hard!!! - The weather was decent last week until Friday. Now we are in what looks like a 5 or 6 day North Easter. Wind 15 to 25 and lot's of rain to go along with it. We really don't need more RAIN!!!
