Still hot but the fishing is good. - I guess the extended summer is having a positive effect on all the fish but the flounder. This week we have caught some really nice blues. Several in the five pound plus range which are a big time on light tackle.

Hot October days...what's up with that? - The weather should have changed by now with temps a lot lower than the near record highs we are experiencing each day. A lot of wind can effect the fishing. - The weather man said light and variable today. The wind conditions were far from that with a stiff southeast wind blowing ahead of the approaching cold front.

Dirty water spanish in Panama City Florida - 4lb. was back on the boat today. He wanted a good pull. I saw a bunch of trout in a spot yesterday but the wind was all wrong for it this morning so we went spanish huntin'.
