Back in the Sunshine State and Happy to be Here! - We launched our Florida boat several days ago, and spent about three hours looking around the Indian River and the mouth of the Sebastian Inlet. The boat is out and ready for storage.... - We fished a couple of times over the past two weeks, but the action was minimal. The sea grass hasn't returned, and the local manatees are dying because they've lost their natural food source.
We just pulled the boat out of the water and will be more...

STILL HO-HUM IN CENTRAL EAST COAST FL - I've been out a couple of days in the past three weeks. Some of the offshore anglers are catching fish, most of which can't be kept because of strict size regulations. Inlet fishing is iffy, and the Indian River is still unable to hold many species more...

Still picking away, with no home runs.... - I fished yesterday with local buddy, Jack Balme, and we did better than our last outing together.
We bagged a few bluefish in the Inlet, after which we worked around the fenders, where we found some mackerel that were hitting soft curly white bait more...

Not too much going on.... - The local weather has been pretty good except that most days are windy.
We haven't done too much fishing over the past few weeks, but yesterday my buddy, Jack Balme, and I were out testing the waters. We made a few stops on our way to the Sebasti more...

Comfortable temps, but windy conditions.... - We fished on Friday with buddies, Rick Pino of Sebastian, and Ron Greisdale—a British snowbird. We started out working around the Intracoastal islands, but had no hookups.
In an effort to avoid the steady 15-25mph winds in the Indian River and the more...
