After a very windy February, high surface temperatures, and sluggish billfish, the temp. has dropped from the 90-91 area back down to a more comfortable(for the fish) 86 degrees.

Salfish-- Very good numbers of sails coming up to plastics between Ladrones and Montuosa.
Belly baits always work, but if bonito are hard to get, go plastic.
