Islamorada Sea Horse off shore report - We have been catching Black fin Tunas at the Hump almost everyday. Most of the tunas have weighed around 6 pound. September Fishing in Upper Keys - The fishing in the Upper Keys has been up and down. The bonefishing on the flats has been inconsistent in September. Redfish permit and Snook have been a better bet. Fall is here and the weather is cooling off a bit.
