Things are changing! -
While in the Marco area I did notice some Snook in the dock lights at night and saw a few on the oyser bars. The is plenty of bait, this is all good for the lower Everglades, (Flamingo) because everything trickles down

Fall snook and redfish - Fishing these past few weeks has been very good. Snook and redfish are at just about every turn. I have been catching them in the front, middle islands, and even in the back bays.
Live bait, lures, jigs, and flies have all been taking their fair more...

Fall Snook Action - Fishing this past week was fair to excellent. The morning hours and late afternoons were the best. Temperatures soared during the mid day and there were places that I found where the water temperature reached 92 degrees.

Beach snook and tarpon - It feels good to be home. I have been to New Mexico for the last month. We then drove back to Florida and made a stop in the New Smyrna Beach area. The Indian River and Mosquito Lagoon area are beautiful.

Hot Snook - It doesn't get any hotter than it has been in the last couple of weeks. I found some water temperatures in the islands as high as 92 degrees. Still, slick calm conditions in the morning can produce some excellent fishing. Live bait, jigs, and top wat more...
